Development: Bowling Club and New Build Development

Brief Summary: The project was really interesting whereby the house builder wanted to construct six new build three bed houses on the site of an existing club house.

The deal was that he had to build them a new clubhouse on the club’s car park and upon completion, he was then remunerated with the site so that he continue his build and he invested over £100k to do this and we sourced the remaining.
